Capt. Scott Brown
Capt. Scott Brown not only is a devote steward of our natural resources, but a big proponent for future angler development. He started tying flies and fly fishing the Florida keys in 2001 and later became a part time guide in Destin Florida in 2013. Juggling his job as an active duty Green Beret and part time fishing guide, he moved to Sugarloaf Key in 2019. Eventually retiring out of the Army and becoming a Full time fly fishing guide he now resides in the Florida panhandle with two young kids, and a wife who equally cares about our fisheries and the future. To Scott, being out on the water sharing his passion and educating others is exactly where he wants to be. At the end of the day, he believes that if we secure the future of our outdoors through the very young anglers of today, they will go forth into the future and be the proper custodians our fisheries need.
